Key Responsibilities:
As the candidate would join our API team, the function serves as an API center of excellence, contributing to some of the company's most important strategic initiatives, as well as designing and developing the API offering.
They are also in charge of managing the company's API and guiding the organization toward the desired design.

Education, Expertise, and Experience Requirements:
The candidate should be a fantastic software engineer, preferably backend / fullstack, who knows how to use modern API technologies like CI / CD, Swagger, Git, and OAuth2 / OpenIdConnect.
He/she should also be familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, the cloud, and scripting (Bash, Terraform, Go or similar) Kong, with an emphasis on operations, so you can assist with the migration process firsthand, both in terms of building on the Pipe and troubleshooting.
Must've worked with REST APIs before, both designing, developing, and using them. You recognize the value of a positive developer experience and aim to create solutions that reflect this.
As the organization operates on an agile model, you should have prior experience working with agile principles.
It would be advantageous if the candidate would've worked with Angular/React before and have dabbled in GraphQL, you'll have a leg up on the competition.

We assume you hold a university degree in civil engineering, computer science, or systems science. You have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the Life Science field, where you worked on the development of Medical Devices or analytical instruments.
It's a plus if you've dealt with instrument control at a lower level, but as a developer at GPT, you'll be able to work with all layers of software. We utilise the following languages/tools, among others, and it is advantageous if you have experience with some of them; C ++ and C # are required.

We are searching for a Senior Aftersales IT System and Project Support that enjoys working in an international setting and is interested in a diverse variety of IT System-related issues. As Senior Aftersales IT System and Project Support, you will work on an operational level to assist our IT Project leaders in supporting everyday business related to Aftersales dealer IT systems and procedures within the purview of Market Community obligations. This function will teach you a lot about the IT landscape within BMW and its dealer network for our various brands (BMW, MINI and MC).
You will be participating in a variety of projects in a fast-paced atmosphere with wonderful coworkers.
For this job, BMW NE hopes to sign a two-year contract.

The consultant's job is to:
The consultant is responsible for providing the following services to BMW/BMWi/MINI and Motorrad:
In the area of Market Community obligations, support the daily operational business as well as Aftersales dealer IT systems and processes.
• Learn about BMW-related systems and apps in order to provide e-mail and phone assistance to dealers. This comprises the following: application user support (All ISPI Next applications)
• Monitor the [email protected] e-mail box and answer or pass incoming e-mails to the right owner of the question (24 hour response time)
Look for a fault.
The dealer has changed.
• Monitor and maintain ISPI Next installations at the NSC and BMW Group Northern Europe training centres.
Market verification to avoid difficulties at the dealers (important business): Before releasing new ISPI Next software and interfaces to dealers, they must be tested. (DMS Interfaces must be tested prior to new releases.)
At least five distinct DMSs, including Motorrad and Pinewood
ISPA Next and AIR releases follow DCOM releases DCOM: 5-6 releases per year Maintain test environment for the above-mentioned DCOM and the various DMSs ISTA: 5-6 releases per year with minor upgrades in between
• Assist with IT-system deployment efforts (CaVORS, Compass and other new aftersales applications etc)
• Assist in the implementation of the new OAS and comparable initiatives across the area.
• Assist in the development of training materials for Customer Support processes and IT systems.
• Assist with the implementation of the new DMS across Norway and Denmark.
Process support Testing the functionality and integrations – both with the DMS supplier and independently.
• Maintain Teleservice in the TSSB for Teleservice backend.
• When necessary, creating IT support tickets in ITSM.
• If necessary, prepare presentations to assist management.
